By simply working through the duplicate checklist you can determine whether the scaffold tower is safe to use or not. As each entry is made it automatically produces a copy on the duplicate inspection providing a master record on the register for your files.
Scaffold towers needs inspecting every time an amendment is made to the scaffold, after any adverse weather conditions or at least every 7 days.
The scaffold tower certificates and registers are housed with in a writing board with used registers stored in the storage binder (both available separately).
How many do I need?
To calculate how many inspection certificates and registers you would need simply work out how many scaffold towers you need to inspect, how often and for how long. For example, if a company has 18 scaffold towers and they inspect each of them once a week (assuming that there has not been any adverse weather conditions or amendments to the scaffold) that equates to 52 x 18 = 936 inspection certificates. Therefore, you need 1 pack of certificates (1000 inspections).
Price shown is for a pack of 1000 certificates (including registers).
To order 2000 certificates you would enter '2' for quantity.
