Each pad contains 30 duplicate inspection checklists.
By simply working through the duplicate checklist you can determine whether the pallet racking is safe to use or not. As each entry is made it automatically produces a copy on the duplicate inspection providing a master record for your files.
The racking inspection pad is usually housed within a status paddle (available separately).
How many do I need?
To calculate how many inspection pads you would need simply work out how many racks you need to inspect, how often and for how long. For example, if a company has 5 racks and they inspect each of them once a day, that would be 5 inspections a day. If there are 261 working days in the year, that equates to 261 x 5 = 1305 inspections. Therefore, you need 44 pads.
