By simply working through the duplicate checklist you can determine whether the truck is safe to use or not. As each entry is made it automatically produces a copy on the duplicate providing a permanent record of every inspection.
The top copy of the checklist is torn from the pad, folded to display the green reverse and placed inside a waterproof wallet in the truck safety indicator.
If the truck has a fault, the checklist is passed to maintenance and the indicator left to identify that the truck is unsafe. The pad is designed to be stored in the safety indicator keeping everything together on the truck.
