Each pad contains 30 duplicate inspection checklists.
By simply working through the duplicate checklist you can determine whether the MEWP is safe to use or not. As each entry is made it automatically produces a copy on the duplicate inspection providing a master record for your files.
The MEWP inspection pad is housed within a status indicator paddle (available separately) keeping everything together on the vehicle..
How many do I need?
To calculate how many inspection pads you would need simply work out how many MEWP's you need to inspect, how often and for how long. For example, if a company has 8 MEWP's and they inspect each of them once a day, that would be 8 inspections per day. If there are 261 working days in the year, that equates to 261 x 8 = 2088 inspections. Therefore, you need 70 pads.
