By simply working through the duplicate checklist you can determine whether the flt truck is safe to use or not. As each entry is made it automatically produces a copy on the duplicate inspection providing a master record on the register for your files.
The fork lift truck certificates and registers are housed in a writing board with used registers stored inthe storage binder (available separately).
How many do I need?
To calculate how many inspection certificates and registers you would need simply work out how many fork lift trucks you need to inspect, how often and for how long. For example, if a company has 5 fork lift trucks and they inspect each of them once a day, that would be 5 inspections a day. If there are 261 working days in the year, that equates to 261 x 5 = 1305 inspection certificates. Therefore, you need 6 packs of certificates (1536 inspections).
