Each pad contains 30 duplicate inspection checklists.
By simply working through the duplicate checklist you can determine whether the flt truck is safe to use or not. As each entry is made it automatically produces a copy on the duplicate inspection providing a master record for your files.
The fork lift truck inspection pad is usually housed within a status paddle (available separately).
How many do I need?
To calculate how many inspection pads you would need simply work out how many fork lift trucks you need to inspect, how often and for how long. For example, if a company has 5 fork lift trucks and they inspect each of them once a day, that would be 5 inspections a day. If there are 261 working days in the year, that equates to 261 x 5 = 1305 inspections. Therefore, you need 44 pads.
