of a master record for your files. The master record builds an inspection
history should you have any accidents or HSE inspectors on site.

a safety certificate for the scaffold is completed so that when a worker enters
the scaffold they can easily see if it is safe, plus the master record ensures you
have a complete history of all inspections in case of an inspectors visit.
