Safe-fleet helps you to ensure that all of your company cars receive a safety inspection at appropriate intervals. The checklist is simple enough for all car users to complete quickly and easily and will determine whether the car is safe to use.

The driver simply works through the duplicate checklist, inspecting each item on the list. As they complete this, a copy is automatically created in the inspection pad.

Assuming that the car is O.K. then the top copy of the checklist can be torn from the pad and either passed to the office as proof of inspection or can be folded in half to display its green reverse and placed inside the safety status indicator on the car windscreen.

The pad can either be returned to the office or stored in the car.

If a problem is identified during the inspection then the checklist can be passed to the appropriate department and the vehicle left to show that it is not safe to use.
